Is tax preparation included in my subscription?
No, and that's intentional. Tax prep is priced separately as an add-on because (1) it's an annual deliverable that doesn't fit cleanly into a monthly fee, and (2) keeping it separate lets us price it honestly for the work it actually requires. Is there a real CPA involved?
Yes. Askia Roberts, CPA (GA), oversees the methodology, the templates, and the analysis. The work is structured so that what gets delivered reflects his expertise without requiring his individual time on every review. That's the unlock that makes the price possible.
What does "video-delivered insight" actually mean?
Quarterly we record a 5–8 minute walkthrough of your numbers — what changed, what to watch, what to act on. You watch on your schedule. No calendar coordination. Follow-up questions go through Client Center messaging.
Can I upgrade to Elite later?
Yes. As your business grows past $3M and needs more bespoke advisory, the natural path is to graduate to RTW Elite. Your books, history, and tax records carry over — no rebuild required.
How long is the engagement?
